BS in Forestry, Urban Emphasis. Stephen F. Austin State University

Why did you become an arborist?

"I originally saw myself as a forester or park ranger. But on a trip to the Texas Tree Climbing Championship with the SFA Forestry Club, my mind was changed indefinitely. I saw a workshop put on by the famous Mark Chisolm of New Jersey, and I thought tree climbing was the coolest thing you could possibly do. I went back to my advisor and changed my emphasis from silviculture to urban as fast as I could. No regrets!!!"

Customer Service Philosophy:

"Customer service is easy when the work is high quality, the price is fair, and everyone is on the same page. I don't want to have to duck people when I'm at the grocery store. Amarillo is the biggest small town in the state."

Local Roots:

"Panhandle born and raised. I moved away from Amarillo for a few years of forestry school, but I came back as soon as possible. The people of the panhandle are the best around!"

Personal/Fun Fact:

"I love anything outdoors. Hunting with my bird dog, fly fishing, hiking, etc."

We are extremely happy with the tree and stump removal. Both crews did an excellent job and were very professional. The crew that removed the stump went above and beyond, which we really appreciated. The whole process was done in a safe and efficient manner. We also appreciate how clean the yard was when they were done. We highly recommend Arborological inc.
