Why did you become an arborist?

"Becoming an arborist was a natural extension of my deep respect for the environment and a lifelong fascination with trees. Trees are remarkable—they are living history, providing ecological balance, shade, and aesthetics. I wanted a career that not only allowed me to work outdoors but also gave me the opportunity to make a tangible impact on communities and ecosystems.

As an arborist, I can combine science, problem-solving, and a hands-on approach to care for these vital organisms. I find immense satisfaction in improving tree health, helping people understand their value, and preserving them for future generations. For me, it’s more than a job—it’s a way to contribute to the environment and create a lasting legacy through sustainable practices and education."

My magnolia looks fabulous! Thank you so much for saving my tree. I was very much afraid that this tree would die. I planted it in 1996. It was a stick in the ground. This is what it looks like today. It even started flowering again. This tree is so beautiful, people walk by and take pics in front of this tree in the spring.

The unexpected happened. A major storm hit my neighborhood and one of my trees hit the house. SavATree came out right away and laid all my worries aside as they removed the tree. The entire crew worked hard and was able to get the tree out without further damage to the house. Everyone was courteous, caring, and really made me feel like I was their number one priority. One third of my favorite tree on our property came down Sunday night. My husband was out of town and I needed help saving my tree. I called and Jacob was at my front door within the hour. After having several big branches crash down with the horrible winds, it was apparent our trees needed to be thinned out. Calling SavATree was a lifesaver. The crew was respectful of our property being careful not to damage landscaping as they trimmed our trees and they did a beautiful job in shaping them.
