He's knowledgeable, very responsive to requests and proactive for recommending solutions, but doesn't oversell beyond true plant healthcare needs. The service teams are always prompt, also knowledgeable, and pleasant to communicate with. My landscape trees and shrubs have greatly improved with their help.
