We will customize your lawn care program based on the results of a comprehensive analysis of your soil. Here is what you can expect:

Soil Analysis

A soil analysis will reveal key insights such as nutrient levels, organic matter content, pH balance, soil compaction, and other vital characteristics. Our arborist will also walk your property with you to assess turf conditions firsthand and understand your goals for the lawn.

Customized Nutrition

Informed by the soil analysis, your SavATree arborist will design a fertilization program tailored to your lawn’s specific needs. This comprehensive approach combined with well-timed applications cultivates a soil environment that supports steady growth and natural resistance to disease, insects, and weeds.

The Right Nutrition, All Year Round

The All-Nutrient program is ideal for maintaining a healthy lawn throughout the year. It uses well-timed applications of controlled release fertilizers, carefully blended and balanced to meet the seasonal needs of both your soil and turf.

IN THE SPRING 

Your lawn specialists will apply targeted nutrients to promote early green-up, boost turf vigor, and increase root and shoot density. This will strengthen the lawn in preparation for summer stressors like heat and drought. 

IN THE SUMMER 

Summer applications promote root expansion and carbohydrate storage, helping turf develop a stronger foundation. Healthy roots can better absorb water, which is especially important during hot, dry summer weather. 

IN THE FALL 

An early fall application of a controlled-release fertilizer helps your lawn recover from summer stress by enhancing color, thickening turf, and supporting new growth.   A follow-up treatment later in the season will help the lawn maintain its color and thickness, while stimulating root growth that will be the foundation of next year’s lawn. A thicker lawn also naturally suppresses fall weed growth.  

 

Targeted Problem-Solving, As Needed

 

The All-Nutrient program focuses on fertilization and does not include weed, disease, or insect control. However, if weeds or surface insects emerge, treatments can be incorporated upon request for an additional charge.  Grub control and lawn disease treatments are also available as optional enhancement services.
